    Forstella Ford

Taken from an email from the FF mailing list:

"There have been a lot of rumors going around regarding the status of our band. The official status is that we are on an indefinite hiatus. For all intents and purposes, we are broken up, but when and if it is possible, we will tour and/or record.

What is everyone up to? Well, I (Mark) have moved to Texas. My girlfriend Jessica moved to Milwaukee last year so that we wouldn't have to be apart, even though she owned a house down in Texas. When it was decided that the band was going to be taking a break, the obvious choice was for us to move back into her house so that she could finish school. Whether or not we will stay in Texas once school is finished is up in the air. I'm very anxious to start playing music again, so it may take us somewhere else. We'll see.

Whitney is going to concentrate on finishing up school. What he may venture into musically, time will only tell.

Dan is also working on finishing school, but is working on some new musical projects as well.

Nick is also working on some new projects (with Dan, most likely).

I will update the Forstella Ford web site will information pertaining to whatever musical endeavors any of the members partake in.

Also, for the record, our previous guitarist Jim is playing bass in the great Milwaukee band Members of the Yellow Press. To my knowledge, they don't have a web site, but you should check them out if they come through your town."

Hopesfall Practice Space Gets Broken Into

Taken directly from an email from Trustkill:

"We regret to inform everyone that Hopesfall's practice space was broken into last night and all of their shit was stolen. This of course wicked sucks and we will hunt down the culprits with every ounce of energy we have. Anyone who has any information leading to the people who would do such a thing are urged to notify us, or call the Pineville Police at 704-889-2231, ask for Sgt. Owens. If you see or hear of anyone selling/pawning/trading a baby blue "Orange County" drumkit, let us know, it is a special made kit and is one of a kind, it's Adams and he wants it back. They also are missing their Marshall Cabs, Mesa Triple Rectifiers, Laney Cabs, and tons of other stuff."

    Underoath loses singer.

Quotes from www.underoath777.com Hello everyone....I know the rumors have been flying and the drama has been thickening so I think it's time to straighten everything out. I first would like to apologize for the last minute cancellation of our warped tour dates as well as the From Autumn to Ashes show in Birmingham, AL. We had some band situations that needed direct attention and resulted in us having to go home. As far as the rumors of us breaking up go...they are not true. However Dallas , our singer , will be leaving the band due to personal issues. That's really all that I am at liberty to say. We have heard everything from he got his girlfriend pregnant, to people punching other people in the band and those are all entirely not true. We all love one another and have went our seperate ways with the intention of remaining friends. If anyone has any questions or would like to dispell any rumors, feel free to email me @ tim@underoath777.com. We don't have a replacement as of now and future tour and recording postponements will be updated as they get worked out. Thank all of you for the support and prayers and look forward to seeing you on the road as soon as possible....Tim and Underoath. All I can say is that this is a sad moment in the metal scene.
