1. I would have a hard time describing luti-kriss to somebody who hadn't heard you before. How would you describe the style of music you play?
Well, our music is very heavy and passionate. It is really emotional too. At some points it is chaotic, and at others it is soft.

2. What are your musical influences?
will haven, deftones, and Zao.

3. What bands/styles of music do you guys like listening to?
We listen to a lot of heavier bands like Zao, Living Sacrifice, Spitfire, and Training for Utopia. But we all are totally into softer stuff like Starflyer 59 and Sixpence None the Richer.

4. Who would you like to tour with in the future?
We have been able to do some awesome tours in the past, like with Zao and Blindside. But in the future, we would love to go out with Living Sacrifice, deftones, or will haven.

5. Napster seems to be a hot topic now, do you guys have any strong feelings about it?
I think that its totally cool.

6. I guess this is probably a stupid question, but what exactly does the person in your band with the record player and the headphones do? (I'm not familiar with that sort of thing.)
Well, he is not in the band anymore. But he did a lot of samples and noises. Most times you couldnt really hear him live though.

7. I've noticed several heavy underground have gotten the opportunity to tour w/bigger bands and things like that (i.e. hatebreed/tattoo the earth, living sacrifice/p.o.d., dillenger escape plan/mr. bungle, morbid angel/pantera). Do you think heavy music will be something that will be more present in the mainstream in the near future?
yes, I totally think that more underground heavy music is breaking into the mainstream. Some peolple I am sure are not happy about this, but I think its a good thing.

8. I grew up hearing all rock music is evil and that it is the devil's tool to destroy the youth and corrupt our society. Do you guys ever get that type of attitude from people?
Not really. People are usually into what we are doing.

9. When will your album on solidstate be out?
It should be out around March, and its called "Throwing Myself", so be on the lookout.
